We met in the car park by the marina and found the start of the walk by the Sports Centre

The boardwalk across the wetlands

The trail led into the bush 

Handy little signs 

The trail goes beside the road to link the two sections

Past Sacred Heart School

Past the glass workshop

Into bush again along the abandoned tram way.

This bridge is our turnaround point, just before Geeveston

Across the bridge lies this boat, for sale (sold?) for $60K

The return walk is the same route.

There were 11 Ramblers, lunch was from Cinnamon and Sugar in Franklin.
