along the Taroona Coastal Discovery Trail

A beautiful sunny winter day when we met at Melinga Beach in Taroona.

We set off northwards to look around the point 

 

Then back onto Melinga Beach with its beach huts

A view to South Arm and Opossum Bay

Up the 60 steps

 

Yay!

At the top some took advantage of the handily placed seat while the others caught up. Lynne took the opportunity to check her socks, we were impressed!

The Shot Tower is currently closed but is planning to reopen as soon as possible.
