                             Cascade Walking Track 

Starting near the Cascade brewery, this walk takes you through dry bush, then ferny bush to the top of Old Farm Road. Return down the road.

It was a dreary cold day but the rain mostly held off for this walk. We wended our way through sandstone and dolerite vegetation and past old quarries as we followed much of the Darwin Trail.

We take a lesser known track behind some large suburban homes

At five ways we crossed to take the quarry track, where we noticed a lion in the sandstone.
