Shag Bay

 Shag Bay

We met in Geilston Bay on a cool but sunny day. One roup went through Bedlam Walls, on to Shag Bay and then up to the top of the hill opposite. An alternative group waked along the Lindisfarne Track.

The alternative group took a loop around before going along the Lindisfarne Foreshore track

The regular group walked round to the start of the Bedlam Walls Track

The start of the track

Our resident acrobat

Shag Bay with the remains of the "fertiliser factory"

Boo!

We cross the creek and start heading uphill

Our destination, not as wobbly as it looks

A puffball fungus

We explored the bush at the top of the hill, hoping to find a new trail to follow.

Heading back down

Some fluffy looking pink fungi

Taking the fish for a walk?

The track back up is very degraded

There were 15 Ramblers, lunch was at Currency
