Seven Mile Beach towards Roches Beach
Parking at the western end (amongst the surfers) and setting off to the end of the beach to find the steps up to the cliff path.

Views across to Dodges Ferry and southwards to Sloping Main and Cape Deslacs reserve
Puzzled by what looked like rectangular pens in the water.

White Beach (I think!)
There are several little beaches with tracks or steps leading down to them.
At this point the track curves around allowing for poses and waving.
Once we reached the Lauderdale yacht club we turned around and returned via a section of beach.

A small number had held back and waited for us to return, I think they have noticed us.
