Walks and Water

Walks and Water

As we can't go to Snug Falls this week we are looking around our own neighbourhood for water falling or doing whatever else it does.

This is from Marcus. It is NW Bay River.

Also from Marcus but from further away. Narwals, Baffin Is.

Gary and Sue are lucky enough to have this waterfall in their backyard.

Risdon Vale Creek has a few man made waterfalls

Bubbles is creating her own little waterfall.

And Jo B. has searched locally

and also looked through her archives for this waterfall at Mt Field.

Lynne sent this dramatic photo of her dam filling after recent rain.

Mark and Cynthia visited Whitewater Creek  for some reflections and a tiny (but perfect) waterfall

Later they found a lovely water feature on their own doorstep (OK back yard)

Another from Whitewater Creek sent by Sylvia

I found some reflections on my exploration of Risdon Vale Creek

When I feared the best water I could find would be puddles, I took these reflections, one at Waverley Flora Park and one in Risdon Vale

Another lovely reflection from Stewart (secret location)

Stewart also found some waterfalls from his trip to Japan.

Jay and Wayne visited the Kingston Stormwater Wetlands and then continued to Whitewater Creek

Yay!

Tas explored Wingara Gully in search of a waterfall and found this little creek.

Tom and Donna walked from Hinsby Beach to the Shot Tower

Happy Easter!

 A couple of late entries...

From Stewart of Nikko Kegon Falls from a previous trip to Japan

and this from Bob who didn't need to travel far for this one. Thanks Bob (I think!)
