From the western end of the beach the track climbs up sets of steps and follows the coastline, with stunning views across to Sloping Main and Southern Ocean.

We reached Roches Beach

Some walked back along the beach and up the steps while others retraced their steps along the track

Seven Mile Beach is back in sight

There were 14 Ramblers, lunch was at the Foreshore Hotel at Lauderdale
